Spectral karyotyping provides a valuable diagnostic tool for establishing the origin of small supernumerary marker chromosomes of derivative chromosomal material that cannot be identified with standard cytogenetic techniques.
The high accuracy of the AI-based automatic chromosome karyotyping application is anticipated to significantly reduce the time spent on preparing karyograms, allowing Cytogenetics professionals to focus more time on chromosome analysis and reporting.

It is easy to use as it is linked to our Citrix system, which we use for remote working.
With our recent need to do overtime due to staff shortages, GenASIs Anywhere has been particularly valuable, as staff have been able to work overtime whenever they can from home. It has made doing analysis much easier - we can karyotype and access FISH images and results when writing patient reports remotely.
In addition, we can now use any PC configuration, even though they do not have physical licences, by just logging in to the remote environment - a definite added bonus with our increased staff. We can even use our work laptops to do analysis when PCs are in short supply at work.
